Human Resources Team
Time required: ~ 7 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
Assist with maintaining employee records and benefit administration.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries, conflicts, and provide guidance on HR matters.
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
Support employee engagement and well-being programs.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
Collaborate with team members to support overall organizational development.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
