Technical Assistant
Time Required: At least 6 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain an inventory of platforms/technologies used in AFCF Kwara.
Assist with data management, backups, and system upgrades.
Provide user support and training on technology usage.
Stay updated on technology trends and developments.
Qualifications:
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
Familiarity with management platform configurations and troubleshooting
Experience with Gsuite is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide user support and training in a patient and clear manner.
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
